HoReCa Sales Manager (O&I)

About the role

The HoReCa Sales Manager (O&I) is responsible for developing and executing a growth plan for the hospitality and food‑service market. You will lead a sales team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure sales and profit targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse local market opportunities to create a business development plan.
• Achieve sales and profitability objectives through effective team management.
• Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance (turnover, margin, frequency, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
• Collect customer demands, needs and expectations, and propose short‑term solutions together with store and district managers.
• Survey competitor activities and recommend strategic actions for Metro.
• Participate in regular meetings with regional and area managers, and collaborate on customer portfolio selection.
• Increase the number of new buying customers (activation) and handle customer complaints to improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within HoReCa or retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
