About the role
A hotel in Gulberg 3, Lahore is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to increase room sales, secure corporate accounts and drive revenue growth. The role covers developing sales strategies, managing group bookings and events, and finding new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly room sales targets
- Increase average room rate (ARR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- Secure corporate accounts and negotiate contracts
- Book and manage group events and conferences
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies and run promotional initiatives
Required profile
- MBA or BBA degree
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Professionalism, ethics and integrity
