HR Analyst – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Join Right Click Consulting as a Human Resources Analyst, supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and record keeping. You will collaborate across functions to ensure compliance and contribute to a productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records and manage HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
• Contribute to performance management by organizing appraisals, collecting feedback and assisting managers.
• Coordinate training programs, development activities and team‑building events.
• Monitor compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Assist in developing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Generate detailed HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate on various HR projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
