HR Assistant (Hybrid) – Karachi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our growing HR team at Bionic Talent. This hybrid position in Karachi will involve day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment coordination, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Post job openings on various job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Track candidate and employee information in ATS and HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
• Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (internship experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Karachi.
