HR Business Partner – EMEA & US

About the role

IDR is seeking a proactive, self‑driven HR Business Partner to support its operations across the EMEA and US regions. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape HR strategy and enhance the employee experience throughout the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs, people challenges, and organizational priorities, delivering practical HR solutions.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives, develop project roadmaps, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and update HR frameworks such as KPIs, org charts, job descriptions, career paths, and competency models.
• Prepare HR presentations, reports, dashboards, and management updates on workforce trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for EMEA & US roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding programs, track new‑joiner progress, and conduct regular performance and KPI reviews.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, hiring quality) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.

• Experience delivering HR solutions across multiple regions (EMEA & US).
• Ability to manage complex projects, analyze data, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
