Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, business operations, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational development capabilities.
