HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing plants in Karachi. The role will partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to plant leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
• Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
• Promote employee engagement, culture, and morale through targeted initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and enforce disciplinary actions when needed.
• Conduct training needs assessments and deliver learning and development programs.
• Educate staff on company policies and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with central HR to roll out company‑wide programs at plant sites.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for organizational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in plant operations or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven experience in strategic HR partnering.
