HR Director

About the role

Infina Health is looking for an experienced HR Director to align human‑resources initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. The role will provide senior‑level guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
• Design and implement performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development strategies.
• Develop, monitor, and update internal HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best‑practice alignment.
• Lead the HR department, supervising staff and serving as the primary contact for employment relations.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards, anticipating and mitigating litigation risks.
• Report to senior management using HR metrics and data‑driven analysis.
• Drive the implementation of a variety of HR initiatives that support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall HR experience, including at least 4 years leading HR functions in a medium‑to‑large MNC.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Highly organized, meticulous, able to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships and solve complex problems.
• SHRM or CHRP certification is a plus.
