HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will lead talent acquisition and onboarding activities while supporting the administrative functions of the organization. This position reports to the Admin Head and plays a key role in building Nayatel’s employer brand in Lahore’s competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks and internal referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and manage pre‑employment checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Oversee support staff, monitor attendance, allocate work and provide training as needed.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Assist the Admin Head with vehicle fleet management, fuel records and routine maintenance.
• Manage petty cash, maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Required profile

• BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
