About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Polyester Plant in Sheikhupura. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands‑on experience across key HR functions and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR activities and processes.
- Assist in coordinating HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support various HR initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; prior HR internship experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
