HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage HR operations, employee relations and policy implementation, supporting our growth and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for local and international positions, including sourcing and headhunting.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance and leave systems, and handle day‑to‑day HR administration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for staff, drive engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and statutory standards.
• Assist leadership with strategic HR planning and initiatives that foster a positive, growth‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of core HR experience; experience in real estate or corporate settings is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and strong conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Good understanding of labor laws and willingness to learn international compliance requirements.
