HR Executive – Sales and Distribution

About the role

The HR Executive – Sales and Distribution will act as the primary HR liaison for the Sales & Distribution team at Hamdard Pakistan in Karachi. The role focuses on analysing performance data, monitoring attendance, and applying HR policies to improve workforce efficiency and employee engagement within the sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR contact for the Sales & Distribution function, ensuring clear communication and support.
• Track and analyse sales force performance, attendance and field activity using the Sales Flow System.
• Generate and maintain HR reports on performance, attendance and related metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to address performance gaps, attendance issues and employee matters.
• Support the design and implementation of performance management processes and improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS and ensure timely data updates.
• Provide HR assistance on transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to motivate the sales force and reduce turnover.
• Deliver data‑driven HR insights to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in HR functions within sales or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Ability to work independently without direct team management responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS (Human Resources Management System).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
