HR Generalist & Operations Executive (Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist / Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and workplace culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department leads.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation and orientation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, punctuality and provide payroll inputs.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, warning letters and experience letters.
• Coordinate probation reviews and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Manage resignations, off‑boarding and final settlement coordination.
• Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in a software company, IT firm or digital agency is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting software developers, QA engineers and other technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and Pakistani employment practices.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
