About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Learning & Development function by coordinating training logistics, facilitating sessions, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping. You will work closely with HR and other departments to deliver onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives that reinforce company values and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end L&D activities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and post‑training follow‑ups.
  • Facilitate onboarding and foundational learning sessions on company values, engagement, and L&D topics.
  • Research and improve training materials, learner engagement strategies, and content.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, feedback, and reporting documentation.
  • Collect, analyse, and report training feedback to identify trends and improve future initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on participation, effectiveness, and learning impact.
  • Support virtual and in‑person training operations, handling logistics and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist in Training Needs Analysis by identifying skill gaps and recommending learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with departments to communicate training schedules and updates.
  • Contribute to team projects, process improvements, policy updates, and SOP documentation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience through internships, academic projects, or HR/L&D support.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and professional handling of sensitive information.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with reporting tools and basic data analysis.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to summarize information and generate insights.
