HR Management Trainee – Internship

About the role

Insights Driven Research (IDR) is looking for a motivated HR Management Trainee to join its team on a full‑time internship basis. You will support employee engagement, employer branding, talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in HR within a fast‑growing research firm.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement events, team‑building activities and social initiatives.
• Maintain and grow IDR’s HR presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and interview coordination.
• Manage and improve new‑employee onboarding and induction programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of empathy, emotional intelligence and ability to build positive relationships.
• Interest in learning about new industries and best HR practices.

What we offer
