About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager (female) to join our team in Sialkot on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves overseeing all HR functions, from benefits administration to employee relations, ensuring a supportive and compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure timely administration.
- Design, organize, and supervise employee training and development initiatives.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Address employee complaints and issues, providing effective resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
