HR Manager – Franchise Consultant Recruitment (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead the recruitment of franchise consultants across the United States and Canada. This fully remote position focuses on outbound sourcing, headhunting, and building a high‑quality talent pipeline for a fast‑growing franchise consulting platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and headhunt franchise consultants using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach (calls, messages, emails) to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, qualify and assess candidates for alignment with IFBC’s business model.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including interview coordination.
• Maintain and grow a strong candidate pipeline across the USA and Canada.
• Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment efforts with growth targets.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and recruitment systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or high‑volume hiring.
• Strong outbound sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn and cold outreach.
• Sales mindset with the ability to persuade and influence candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
