About the role

We are seeking a Remote Candidate Engagement Specialist to ensure a smooth and positive experience for applicants throughout our recruitment process. You will be the primary point of contact, handling outreach, follow‑up, and interview coordination for our remote hiring operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate application status and hiring updates to candidates.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and engagement activities.
• Assist with candidate screenings and qualification checks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain organized recruitment calendars.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in recruitment systems.
• Support recruitment teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Monitor candidate attendance, confirmations, and rescheduling requests.
• Help improve candidate experience and communication workflows.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling frequent candidate communication throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, mobile device, and electricity.
• Previous experience in customer support, recruiting, HR coordination, or administration is preferred.
