HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Development

About the role

Kaizen Paints is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management initiatives. The role focuses on building a skilled, engaged workforce that supports the company’s growth objectives in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Design and oversee learning and development programs for continuous employee growth.
• Drive performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
• Lead succession planning to prepare high‑potential employees for critical roles.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct workforce planning aligned with organizational needs.
• Manage HR operations such as onboarding, compensation, and benefits.
• Update HR policies to comply with labor laws and industry standards.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of two HR professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align HR strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, and succession planning.
