HR & OD Manager

About the role

The HR & OD Manager will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources activities while partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role ensures that HR policies, programs, and practices are planned, implemented, and continuously evaluated to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all HR management systems and procedures.
• Prepare and retain all legal documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, leave administration, training, compensation, and performance appraisal processes.
• Manage welfare schemes, communicate benefits, facilities, and policies to associates.
• Coordinate with external agencies and ensure proper upkeep of HR office, lockers, training rooms, and equipment.
• Administer transportation, locker, uniform, and time‑management systems, including duty schedules for time keepers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to design and improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
