HR & OD Manager

About the role

The HR & OD Manager will support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs and practices to enhance the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all HR management systems and procedures, ensuring effective implementation.
• Prepare and retain all legal documentation and statutory requirements in line with applicable laws.
• Support recruitment, orientation, leave administration, training, compensation, appraisals and related HR processes.
• Recommend and maintain welfare schemes, and communicate benefits, facilities and policies to associates.
• Liaise with external agencies and ensure proper upkeep of HR office, lockers, training rooms and related equipment.
• Administer transportation, locker, uniform and time‑management systems, including duty schedules for time keepers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and conduct training for managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and sound judgement.
