HR & Operations Executive

About the role

SkyLabs AI Inc. is seeking a proactive HR & Operations Executive to serve as the backbone of its people and office functions. You will own HR administration, support the full employee lifecycle, coordinate recruitment logistics, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced AI startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, track applicants in the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee office logistics, supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative correspondence.
• Assist managers with performance review cycles.
• Organize team events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle cross‑functional tasks to keep people and operations functions running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR/Office Administration.
• Experience working in a startup or fast‑growing company.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and manage diverse responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with an ATS (e.g., Workable).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for recruitment.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
