HR Recruiter – Full‑time Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead our full‑cycle recruitment and support core HR operations. The position is based in Saddar, Rawalpindi and works the night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding in a professional and organized manner.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Assist with attendance management, leave tracking, and daily HR operations.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and prepare routine HR documentation.
• Prepare recruitment updates, HR reports, and workforce summaries for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and well‑versed in HR policies and SOPs.
• Comfortable working the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
