HSE Executive

About the role

SCT, a fast‑growing technology group in Pakistan, is seeking an HSE Executive to lead health, safety and environmental compliance across its diverse operations. The role is based at the Islamabad headquarters and involves close interaction with project teams, customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE standards for all company activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and customer‑specific standards.
• Conduct remote and on‑site inspections, prepare reports and update HSE trackers and dashboards.
• Monitor field work to enforce Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Participate in bi‑weekly and monthly HSE meetings with customers and internal management.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and routine safety monitoring.
• Maintain HSE registers, risk assessments, method statements and pre‑start checklists.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and follow‑up.
• Deliver HSE awareness sessions, toolbox talks and safety communications.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors and customers to ensure HSE compliance.
• Track HSE performance indicators and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports and statistics to customers and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Diploma in OHS (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant HSE experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Huawei ISDP, Nokia NDPD and ZTE EPMS tools.
