Human Resources Assistant

About the role

Alpha Business Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Assistant in Lahore to support its HR department in managing a large team of 100 employees. The role covers recruitment coordination, data management and HR reporting, and suits an HR intern or an experienced HR assistant. The assistant works closely with HR management on staff-related projects and daily administrative duties, such as maintaining accurate employee records and helping run recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) so that employee data is accurate and confidential.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting with onboarding.
• Prepare and manage HR reports on staffing, attendance, performance and other personnel metrics.
• Support data management tasks so that company policies and employment regulations are followed.
• Assist with employee benefits, leave management and other HR processes.
• Maintain personnel files and documentation on employment history and HR compliance.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees and help organise HR events and training sessions.
• Help monitor employee records used for performance evaluations and training needs, and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Required profile

• An HR intern or an experienced HR assistant eager to contribute to employee management.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
