Human Resources Associate

About the role

Navaal Organic Food is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Associate to join its team in Karachi. You will play a key part in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
• Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labour regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication between staff and management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management or HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the food or agriculture sector is a plus.
