Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Executive to join our Faisalabad office. You will support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. The role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic travel agency focused on delivering personalized travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and related documentation.
• Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and assist with payroll coordination.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
• Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other documentation.
• Support disciplinary procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Organise training sessions and employee development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in HR or administration roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
