Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Executive to support core HR functions in our Sialkot office. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and day‑to‑day HR operations, while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and the ATS (e.g., Resourceinn HRMS).
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation and orientation.
• Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist in performance‑management processes and follow‑ups.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with HR focus.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRMS tools such as Resourceinn HRMS.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
