Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our Karachi office. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding new hires, coordinating training, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and prepare hiring documentation.
• Oversee onboarding: issue offer and appointment letters, conduct orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records in ERP and payroll systems.
• Coordinate training nominations and handle in‑house training logistics.
• Conduct probation evaluations and assist with performance tracking.
• Address employee queries and manage grievances as needed.
• Administer exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
• Prepare HR letters such as experience, bank, visa, and salary slips.
• Generate and share monthly HR and recruitment reports.
• Draft and circulate internal announcements after approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR systems or ERP platforms.
