Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist with hands‑on experience in a call‑center environment. The role involves managing end‑to‑end HR functions, from recruitment and payroll to employee relations and operational support, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast‑paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for call‑center roles, source candidates, conduct screenings and coordinate hiring processes.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance and overtime, maintain accurate employee records and coordinate salary disbursement.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations, maintain HRIS, manage employee documentation, contracts and support shift planning.
• Address employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters, foster a positive work environment and assist in performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, support audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support staffing needs, monitor attrition and implement retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a call‑center or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
