Human Resources Intern

About the role

BPO Impact is looking for a motivated HR Intern in Lahore, working full time on site from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday. The internship suits fresh graduates and aspiring HR professionals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations. No prior experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
• Coordinate initial screening calls and interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and keep them confidential.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must have a personal laptop.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
