About the role
ScaleForte is hiring an experienced, proactive HR Manager in Lahore, Pakistan, working on site. The role suits someone who understands the fast-paced agency environment and can build, manage and retain high-performing teams. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Hire talent across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative/Design and Business Development
- Manage employee engagement, performance reviews, conflict resolution, retention and workplace culture
- Handle HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records and HR reporting
- Implement and enforce management policies in line with employment regulations
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience; agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of hiring in the fields listed above
- Established connections within the agency ecosystem and talent network
- Previous work with a digital marketing, creative, e-commerce or performance marketing agency
- Ownership, initiative, accountability and the ability to get things done without constant supervision
