Human Resources Officer

About the role

Jin Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented female Human Resources Officer for its Islamabad team. This is an onsite role. The position covers recruitment support, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: job postings, sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Draft internal communications and company announcements.
• Handle employee relations and employee queries.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and screening skills, and experience coordinating and conducting interviews.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation.
• Understanding of employee relations practices and grievance handling procedures.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices in Pakistan.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, documents and presentations; familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus.
