Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Threadx is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Specialist to join its Karachi office. The role will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, ensure compliance with local labour regulations, and support the company’s growth in the manufacturing and product development sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll related queries.
• Assist managers with employee‑relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Organise HR initiatives such as training sessions, engagement activities, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, personnel management, and local labour laws in Pakistan.
• Experience in benefits administration and leave management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organisational and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
