iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator (UK Cab Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced iCabbi Dispatcher & Operator to join our team in Soan Gardens, Islamabad. The role focuses on managing UK‑based taxi bookings using the iCabbi platform, ensuring smooth fleet operations and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch bookings through iCabbi dispatch software.
• Allocate jobs to drivers efficiently while maximizing fleet utilization.
• Monitor live driver activity and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Handle customer bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Track vehicle locations and maintain service standards.
• Respond professionally to customer and driver queries.
• Maintain accurate booking and trip records.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the UK cab/taxi industry.
• Hands‑on experience with iCabbi dispatch software (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UK taxi dispatch operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
