Immigration Consultant – Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant with a strong sales focus to join our client’s immigration consultancy in Lahore. The role involves guiding prospective clients through immigration pathways while converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with clients regarding immigration services.
• Assess eligibility based on education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant criteria.
• Advise clients on suitable immigration pathways based on their profiles.
• Communicate process details clearly and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and requirements for different countries.
• Collaborate with internal processing teams for smooth case handling.
• Maintain and update CRM systems daily with client interactions, follow‑ups, and progress updates.
• Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
• Deliver exceptional client service with attention to accuracy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in immigration sales.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Client‑oriented approach with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (alternate Fridays off).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
