Immigration Production Coordinator – US Law Firm

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Production Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of a fast‑scaling US immigration law firm. The role demands deep, hands‑on knowledge of USCIS processes and strong production‑operations coordination skills.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily case workflows and production administration for attorneys and paralegals.
• Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs for case intake, filing, and follow‑up.
• Manage hearing trackers, case calendars, attorney scheduling, and file handoffs.
• Own SharePoint and Docketwise file systems, audit records, and ensure zero delays or missing documents.
• Support the CEO with calendar management, KPI dashboards, and strategic project coordination.
• Track attorney case reviews for compensation, manage client payment schedules, and liaise with bookkeeping.
• Bridge client intake to production, monitor new matter setup, and flag quality issues.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of USCIS forms I‑130, I‑485, I‑765, I‑131, I‑140, I‑539, and N‑400.
• Understanding of adjustment of status, consular processing, RFE workflows, and EOIR court procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret USCIS notices, NOIDs, approval/denial letters, and priority dates.
• Familiarity with visa categories (family‑based, employment‑based, humanitarian, non‑immigrant).
• Experience with Docketwise or equivalent immigration case management software is strongly preferred.
