About the role

We are looking for a creative, trend‑savvy In‑House TikTok Specialist & Social Media Coordinator to lead our short‑form video strategy on TikTok, engage with our community, and work closely with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post engaging TikTok content that aligns with our brand identity while managing day‑to‑day account operations.
• Stay up to date on viral trends, popular sounds, and platform features to keep content fresh and highly viewable.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, direct messages, and comments across social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the in‑house dispatch department to verify orders, address delivery inquiries, and ensure smooth fulfillment.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating short‑form video content (TikTok/Reels) with a strong portfolio or profile demonstration.
• Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across internal teams (dispatch/logistics).
