Incharge PMC – Planning, Monitoring & Control Lead

About the role

Industrial Services Pakistan is seeking an experienced Incharge PMC to lead planning, monitoring and control activities for shutdown and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role reports to the Site Manager and ensures that all resources and processes are aligned to achieve project and turnaround objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in achieving project and turnaround goals by providing necessary inputs and resources.
• Maintain and update Level‑IV turnaround plans in coordination with discipline leads.
• Set realistic targets for execution staff and guide pre‑mobilisation activities.
• Manage project cost and financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Monitor scheduling, reporting and execution, taking corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in oil & gas turnarounds, shutdowns or retrofit projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders and drive business development.
• Strong understanding of risk management and financial controls.
