Information Security Analyst – Identity Access Management (IAM)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Information Security Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The role supports day‑to‑day governance and administration of internal software and client account data, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and audit‑readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user access across enterprise applications such as Google Drive, Canopy, ProConnect, Xero and Gusto, following role‑based access policies.
• Maintain client and user profiles on multiple platforms, keeping cross‑system data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Perform hands‑on reconciliations of client profiles and permissions, correcting discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare documentation of access changes, profile updates and reconciliation findings for internal and external audits.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for recurring tasks and suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, operations teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent and secure administrative workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in IT administration, IAM or data operations support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work permanent onsite night shifts supporting US‑based clients.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup).
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with cloud applications such as Google Drive, Canopy, ProConnect, Xero and Gusto.
• Understanding of user lifecycle management and permission structures.
• Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Power Automate) is a plus.
