Insurance Advisor - Motor Insurance Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor specialized in motor insurance sales. Working remotely, you will engage prospective and existing customers through calls, emails and digital channels, providing professional advice and guiding them through the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries related to motor insurance.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable motor insurance solutions.
• Prepare, present and explain quotations, policy benefits, exclusions and coverage options.
• Convert enquiries into policy sales using strong sales, consulting and negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on pending quotations and renewals to maximize conversion rates.
• Collect and verify customer information and required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate policy issuance and resolve queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions, quotations and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in motor insurance sales or a similar advisory role.
• Strong sales orientation with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized with good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
