Intake Specialist

About the role

TELEZA Marketing LLC is a pay-per-call and live transfer platform that connects buyers with qualified callers for legal, insurance, Medicare and ACA, debt settlement and contact-center clients. It offers inbound and outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, customer verification and dedicated intake teams. The Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi, handling calls and qualifying prospects for the company's clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow client-specific scripts and collect and verify caller information
• Assess eligibility based on established criteria and ensure smooth real-time transfers to client teams
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service and follow compliance guidelines, including TCPA-related processes
• Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance staff to improve intake workflows, meet performance targets and support campaign optimization

Required profile

• Previous experience in a contact center, intake or telesales role; experience with TCPA-compliant processes is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications or a related field is beneficial
• Familiarity with insurance or related service industries (legal, healthcare, financial services) is an advantage

Required skills

• Spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Basic computer and CRM skills, including accurate data entry and call documentation
• Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
