Internal Auditor

About the role

QRS Global UAE, an audit, tax and advisory firm, is hiring an Internal Auditor for a full-time, on-site position in Karachi South District. The auditor performs full-cycle internal audits, assessing the effectiveness of financial controls and risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial records and processes and test internal controls
• Prepare audit workpapers and draft clear, evidence-based audit reports with practical recommendations
• Coordinate with finance and operational teams and monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, ACCA or CIA are an advantage
• Experience conducting financial or internal audits in corporate or professional services environments
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District, manage several assignments and meet deadlines with integrity and confidentiality

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating controls, identifying risks and interpreting financial data
• Solid understanding of finance principles, including accounting, taxation and internal controls
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/accounting software
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings and working with teams and clients
