International Business Development & Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Voltix is an international company delivering e-bikes and last-mile mobility solutions, operating in markets such as the UAE and Nigeria. It is looking for a highly motivated, commercially driven person to help accelerate its international growth. The role is not a traditional administrative or virtual assistant position: you will actively find opportunities, develop customers and build the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop B2B and fleet sales opportunities internationally
• Identify and contact delivery companies, logistics companies, restaurants, retailers and fleet operators
• Generate leads and manage follow-ups
• Research new markets, customers and competitors
• Support the UAE and Nigeria teams
• Build and manage the CRM and sales pipeline
• Research pricing and customer requirements
• Support product development and supplier research
• Coordinate with the marketing team
• Prepare weekly sales and market reports
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, automotive, e-mobility, logistics, fleet or a related industry
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Highly organized, persistent and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative
• International business experience is a strong advantage; engineering background with strong commercial/sales experience is particularly interesting

What we offer

• Monthly pay of PKR 175,000 to 225,000 plus performance-based commission
• Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher package
