International Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is hiring an International Lead Generation Executive in Karachi. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads and supporting business growth through prospecting and market research. Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools
• Generate and qualify leads according to predefined business criteria
• Conduct outbound outreach by call and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on lead handovers
• Monitor lead generation performance and recommend process improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities and competitor activity
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical and organisational abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven, able to manage several priorities and meet targets
• Preferred: experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales or Outbound Sales; knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools is preferred

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi. Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, full-time.
