International Marine Bandwidth Sales Manager - Pakistan

About the role

HRBS is recruiting on behalf of its client for an International Marine Bandwidth Sales Manager based in Karachi or Islamabad, Pakistan. The role develops submarine cable bandwidth sales across Pakistan and South Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop submarine cable bandwidth sales across Pakistan and South Asian markets.
• Identify and acquire customers such as telecom operators, ISPs, OTT providers, data centers and government communication projects.
• Manage sales strategies, commercial negotiations, contracts and service delivery coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with telecom carriers and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor bandwidth pricing, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with technical, project management, legal and finance teams for successful contract execution.
• Achieve annual sales targets and collection objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, International Trade, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of international sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience in submarine cable bandwidth, backbone networks, IP Transit, IPLC or international connectivity sales is preferred.
• Fluent English; Urdu preferred, Chinese an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.

Required skills

• Understanding of international submarine cable systems and bandwidth transaction models, including IRU, IPLC and IP Transit.
• Strong business development, negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
