International Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

Tech Bridge Consultancy is looking for an experienced International Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience and excellent spoken and written English to join its recruitment team. The position is based in Gulberg, Lahore, on-site, with night shifts (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM) from Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks and hiring practices in the Canadian market.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening and interview processes.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities, and willingness to learn about international recruitment and the Canadian job market.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• ATS record keeping.
