International Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruitment Executive to source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates for a variety of blue‑collar positions across the UK market. The role combines online and offline networking, talent‑pipeline development and coordination of interview processes to reduce time‑to‑hire and support our fast‑growing agile business.

Key responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and timelines for assigned blue‑collar roles.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, social media groups and other platforms.
• Search and engage potential consultants/candidates in the UK market.
• Maintain and update the internal candidate database.
• Conduct screening calls, structured interviews and technical assessments.
• Negotiate rates, compensation and location preferences and finalize terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months proven experience as a recruiter.
• Comfortable working the shift from 04:30 PM to 01:30 AM.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude, resilience and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, VOIP).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Solid sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search.
