International Sales Agent – Night Shift

About the role

Protech Solution is seeking energetic International Sales Agents to work the evening/night shift. You will focus on outbound cold‑calling to generate new business for our IT services across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in target countries.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch, qualify leads and transfer qualified prospects.
• Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Log all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Punctuality and strict adherence to shift timings (12:00 AM onward).
• Goal‑oriented, team‑player attitude and ability to handle rejection.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
