International Sales Representative (US Campaign)

About the role

BM NEXA is looking for an experienced and confident International Sales Representative to join its growing team in Karachi, Pakistan, on a full-time basis. The position works night shifts aligned with US business hours and suits a results-driven professional with experience in US-based sales campaigns, cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to potential US clients.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Understand and execute the company's sales strategies.
• Communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Handle objections, follow up with prospects and convert opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong listening and comprehension skills (mandatory).
• Previous experience in international sales or US campaigns.
• Strong cold-calling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand instructions quickly and work independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Hardworking, reliable, disciplined and target-oriented.
